Frequently Asked Questions

Everything companies want to know before planning a leadership retreat.

1. What types of retreats do you support?

We specialize exclusively in leadership-level retreats, including:

  • Board Meetings
  • Executive Offsites
  • Leadership Team Retreats
  • Strategic Alignment Retreats
  • Founder / C-Suite Retreats
  • Department Leadership Summits
  • Wellness + Leadership Reconnection Retreats
  • Incentive + Leadership Hybrid Retreats

Every retreat integrates our Vision & Alignment Workbook™ and Leadership Toolkit™ to ensure the experience is strategic, structured, and productive.

We do not plan casual vacations or party-oriented group travel. Our focus is leadership teams only.

Consistency & Quality
Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection offers a reliable standard of luxury, service, food, cleanliness, and meeting-readiness — perfect for leadership groups.

Ideal for leadership & board-level retreats
Not all-inclusive resorts are equal; Hyatt properties have:

  • quiet, professional environments
  • excellent dining
  • high-speed Wi-Fi
  • boardrooms & breakout rooms
  • top-tier service
  • safe, secure campuses

Firsthand resort expertise
We have personally visited 40+ Hyatt Inclusive Collection resorts across Mexico and the Caribbean. This allows us to recommend the right resort for your retreat’s tone — not just guess based on photos.

Our specialty is 10–20 leaders. This is the ideal size for:

  • board meetings
  • executive offsites
  • leadership alignment
  • strategic sessions
  • founder retreats

We can also support groups up to 75 guests for hybrid incentive + leadership retreats. Larger corporate events (100–300+) are available as future add-ons once your company relationship expands.

We recommend:

  • 3–6 months for most leadership retreats
  • 6–12 months for peak-season dates
  • 12+ months for large incentive or groups

That said — we can often secure excellent options even with shorter timelines due to our Hyatt relationships.

We support all Hyatt Inclusive Collection regions in:
  • Mexico
  • Dominican Republic
  • Aruba
  • Jamaica
  • Curaçao
  • St. Martin
  • St. Lucia
Each destination is recommended based on your leadership goals, tone, and retreat style.

This is extremely common for leadership teams. Here’s what executives love most:

  • Predictable budgeting
No surprise meal or drink charges. Everything is already included.
  • Better use of time
No transportation to restaurants. No logistics planning. More time for strategy and connection.
  • Excellent food & service
Hyatt’s all-inclusive dining is elevated — not buffet-style vacation food.
  • Smooth meeting flow
Breaks, meals, and sessions are all walkable.
  • Relaxed, elegant environment
Perfect for creativity, connection, and clarity. Most leaders say they will never return to a non–all-inclusive retreat after experiencing the efficiency and luxury.

Every retreat includes two proprietary systems:

Vision & Alignment Workbook™
Used during the retreat to create clarity and alignment across your leadership team. It guides strategic conversations, documents decisions, and creates a 90-day roadmap.

Leadership Toolkit™
Used after the retreat to ensure execution continues with:

  • meeting structures
  • accountability dashboards
  • communication rhythms
  • KPI frameworks
  • quarterly reset tools

This is what makes your retreat actually stick. No other retreat concierge offers anything like this.

Planning Fee
Leadership Retreat Planning Fee: Starting at $2,500 (Final pricing provided after discovery call.)

Optional Facilitation

  • $1,500 half-day
  • $3,500 full day
  • $5,000 two-day facilitation
  • $500–$1,500 virtual sessions

No added cost for resort planning
We are compensated by Hyatt — meaning your planning fee is minimal and your service level is elevated.

We manage everything related to the resort, including:

  • room blocks
  • meeting space allocation
  • A/V
  • group perks
  • private dinners
  • cocktail events
  • agenda planning
  • itinerary creation
  • proposal building
  • liaison with Hyatt Group Sales

Your internal team only needs to approve decisions — we handle the execution.

Onsite support is optional.

Most leadership retreats (10–20 people) do not need a dedicated onsite planner because Hyatt’s Group Coordinators handle:

  • meetings
  • dining
  • setup
  • A/V
  • changes
  • private events

However, onsite facilitation is available if your leadership sessions require guided alignment or structured strategy work.
